Impression of customers, increased morale among employees, provision of better incentives for employees, and retention of business reputation simply means that there is increased productivity in any business. When the safety rules are followed, there is retention of employees at workplaces because hazards that are likely to cause deaths are well maintained, therefore, chances of accidents or health problems are minimal.

Increased productivity leads to increased profits, this is due to the fact that the workers are working under a favourable environment, therefore, they are able to fully utilize their potential. When an employer follows set rules and regulations they don’t face any penalties this saves them money also, cash used in catering for increased hospitalization of employees due to injuries and health-related illnesses is no more.
